Is it better to get an apartment that includes utilities in the rent?
I am a freshman at the university of Michigan Ann Arbor and once this year is over I am getting an apartment with my boyfriend. Well we are trying to figure things out so we know what to look for and we do not know if it is better to look for one including utilities or not. I know it seems simple, but I just want to make sure. I want this to be perfect. Oh and if you had anymore advice that would be a great help. Thanks!
