I was in a foreclosure last night while helping a local home buyer. This home was not particularly a bargain. It had a lot of moldy/mildewy paneling in the basement and was a bit of a strange layout.

A previous owner had taken the fourth bedroom and converted it to a bathroom. Interestingly, the listing agent put 4 bedrooms and 2.1 baths in the description. (I guess he either has problems counting or he assumes somebody would use the same room as both a bedroom and a bathroom.)

In any case it could be a good home for somebody that really wanted that location after it has been on the market a while and the price has fallen a bit.
